The Hamden Police Department recently completed a “Click-It or Ticket Enforcement Program.” Enforcement efforts commenced on May 22nd and concluded on June 3rd. Funding for the program was granted by the Connecticut Department of Transportation Highway Safety Office.

Hamden Police issued 197 infractions for seat belt violations. In addition, officers issued 6 infractions for various motor vehicle violations and there were 2 criminal arrests.
