On August 21st Hamden Police responded to an Aspen Glen Drive residence in an attempt to serve an arrest warrant on Jared Lee Mende. Mende was wanted on numerous felony warrants originating from California, Oregon and Washington.

Officers located Mende and placed him under arrest. He was transported to Hamden Police Headquarters.

Hamden Police arrested Jared Lee Mende, 36, of 1742 Aspen Glen Drive, Hamden. He was charged with Fugitive from Justice. Mende, who was detained on a $500,000.00 bond, was scheduled to appear in Meriden Superior Court on August 22nd.
