On September 8, 2018 at approximately 2:00p.m. Hamden Police responded to the 900 block of Dixwell Avenue on the report of a robbery.

Investigation revealed that 2 individuals knocked on the victim’s door. As the victim “twisted the doorknob” the individuals forced entry. One of the individuals pointed a firearm at the victim and threatened to kill him. They subsequently stole various items, including money, jewelry and electronic equipment.

The individuals responsible are described as follows:

- Black male, late 30’s, tall, thin build (140lbs.), short haircut.
- Black male, late 50’s, short, heavy build (230lbs.), “short dreads.”
