On September 18, 2018 at approximately 2:30a.m Officer Keron Bryce observed Jevon Langley acting suspiciously in the “Go On Gas” parking lot.
Investigation revealed that Langley was pumping gas into a stolen motor vehicle. The vehicle was stolen in New Haven on September 11th. He walked away from the vehicle when he observed Officer Bryce. Langley was arrested shortly thereafter in the vicinity of Arch Street.
Hamden Police arrested Jevon Langley, 20, of 355 Sherman Avenue, Apartment 1, New Haven. He was charged with Larceny in the 3rd Degree. Langley, who was detained on a $7,500.00 bond, is scheduled to appear in Meriden Superior Court on September 28th.
