On August 17, 2022 at approximately 12:45 PM, Hamden Police Officers responded to the Connex Credit Union, 2100 Dixwell Avenue, on a reported robbery. The suspect entered the credit union and passed a note to the bank teller demanding money. No weapons were displayed and no one was injured. The suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of money.
Detective Donald Remillard, along with Detectives from the Hamden Police Department’s Major Crimes Unit, quickly identified a suspect in the robbery. After an extensive investigation, detectives located the suspect later in the evening. Detectives also recovered additional evidence from the bank robbery. The suspect was identified as Natalie Medor, age 36 of Hamden.
Medor was arrested and charged with Robbery 3rd Degree and Larceny 2nd Degree. She is scheduled to appear in Meriden Superior Court on September 28, 2022 and was held on a $20,000.00 bond.
