As previously reported on May 19th, 2023, at approximately 11:26 pm, Hamden Police Officers responded to Goodrich Street between Butler Street and Shelton Avenue for the report of numerous gunshots being fired. While at the scene Hamden Police Dispatch advised that Saint Raphael’s Hospital reported two (2) gunshot victims had arrived at the hospital shortly after the shots fired complaint. A short time later, Hamden Police Dispatch advised that a third gunshot victim was also shot on Goodrich Street had been located a short distance away from the scene and was subsequently transported to Yale New Haven Hospital (YNHH) for treatment. Two victims are listed in stable condition, and one victim was treated and released from the hospital.
