On October 15, 2018 Hamden Police responded to a Guenevere Court residence on the report of a residential forcible burglary.
Investigation revealed that Dustin Ruocco gained entry by breaking the glass inside of a rear door. Once inside, Ruocco stole “vintage” items, totaling approximately $8,000.00.
Detective Mark Sheppard conducted the investigation, which led to the application of an arrest warrant for Ruocco. The court approved the arrest warrant application.
On December 6th Hamden Police arrested Ruocco, 47, of 28 Crowley Avenue, Milford. He was charged with Burglary in the 1st Degree, Larceny in the 3rd Degree and Criminal Mischief in the 1st Degree. Ruocco, who was detained on a court-ordered $10,000.00 bond, is scheduled to appear at Meriden Superior Court on December 19th.
