On May 14, 2019, during the late evening hours, Hamden Police responded to a Maplecrest Lane address on the report of a missing person.
Officers learned that 15 year-old Ricardo Harris Jr. was involved in a verbal dispute with a family member. He subsequently left his residence at approximately 7:00p.m. Hamden Police searched the surrounding area, but were unsuccessful at locating him. A Statewide Silver Alert has been issued for Harris Jr.
Ricardo Harris Jr. is described as a black male, 5’6”, 150 lbs. He was last observed wearing a “White or Gray Nike hooded sweatshirt.” He was carrying a dark-colored backpack.
