On December 7th at approximately 3:30p.m. Hamden Police responded to Snack Plus, 75 Putnam Avenue on the report of a larceny. Upon arrival, officers learned that an armed robbery had occurred an hour earlier.
Investigation revealed that an individual, described as a black male, 5’9” to 6’0”, medium build, wearing dark-colored clothing, entered the store, while in the possession of a firearm. The individual stole an undisclosed amount of money and cigarettes. He was last observed fleeing on foot, northbound on Glendale Street.
