Hamden Police responded to 9 “loud party” complaints over the weekend. The parties, which were hosted by Quinnipiac University students, were held at various locations in the northern section of town.
Officers issued 14 infractions for Creating a Public Disturbance. Creating a Public Disturbance carries a $103.00 fine.
