On September 13, 2019 Hamden Police responded to a Second Street residence on the report of a larceny.
The 51 year-old Hamden resident advised police that her credit card was fraudulently used to purchase $1,058.45 of stolen merchandise. The purchase was made at Walmart in New Haven.
Officer Andrew Lipford’s investigation has revealed that the person responsible is described as a black male, 20’s, “short, lean athletic build”, wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt. He is frequently observed in the Second Street area.
