On September 3, 2019 Hamden Police responded to a Mather Street residence on the report of a burglary.
Investigation revealed that Christopher Shultz forcibly entered the home of an elderly relative. A credit card was stolen.
Detective Joseph Liguori conducted an investigation, which led to the application of an arrest warrant for Shultz. The court approved the arrest warrant application.
On October 2, 2019 Hamden Police arrested Shultz at Meriden Superior Court. Shultz, 27, of 1585 Whitney Avenue was charged with Burglary in the 2nd Degree and Theft of a Credit Card. He was arraigned later in the day.
