The Hamden Police Department announces the following traffic flow change:

Effective Monday, October 21, 2019 at 7:00a.m., Rocky Top Road will be one-way from Shepard Avenue to Nutmeg Hill Road. The change will allow safer travel to this narrow stretch of road.
