On November 11, 2019 a Quinnipiac University student reported to Hamden Police that on November 9th she was walking near the intersection of Mount Carmel Avenue and New Road. The victim advised police that 2 individuals, described as white males, mid- 20’s, were occupants inside of a blue, older model 4-door sedan. They subsequently offered her a ride.
The victim advised police that after entering the vehicle, she was sexually assaulted.
