Hamden Police arrested Robert Alley, 41, of Milford for Burglary in the 3rd Degree, Criminal Attempt to Commit Burglary in the 3rd Degree, Larceny in the 6th Degree and 2 counts of Criminal Mischief in the 2nd Degree.
The arrests stem from an October 2nd commercial forcible burglary that occurred at “Interior Source”, 2315 Whitney Avenue and an attempted burglary at Henny Penny, 3048 Dixwell Avenue.
Detective Joseph Liguori conducted the investigations, which led to the application of arrest warrants for Alley. The court approved the arrest warrant applications.
On November 15th Robert Alley was arraigned at Meriden Superior Court.
