Hamden Police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the person responsible for committing a theft from a Phelps Drive shed and the attempted burglary of a Summit Road garage.
The individual responsible is described as a white male, heavy build, wearing a tee shirt with USA printed on it and cargo shorts. He stole lawn equipment from the Phelps Drive shed. He was last observed entering a “gray or silver Nissan Altima with a spoiler.”
