On October 25, 2020 at approximately 5:00p.m. Hamden Police responded to the area of Goodrich Street and Prospect Street on the report of a shooting.
A preliminary investigation revealed that a 16 year-old Hamden resident was shot in the back. The shooting occurred on North Sheffield Street. The victim was treated at the scene by Hamden Fire Rescue. He was transported to Yale-New Haven Hospital with a “non-life threatening injury.”
