On December 26, 2020 at 12:50a.m. Hamden Police responded to the area of State Street and Ridge Road on the report of shots fired.
Investigation revealed that approximately 12 gunshots were fired from the parking lot of a local service station. One of the bullets traveled through the bedroom window of a nearby resident, before lodging in a closet. Two adults and two children were inside of the residence at the time of the shooting. There were no reported injuries.
