On January 26th at approximately 9:30p.m. Hamden Police responded to Gilbert Avenue on the report of a street robbery.
Investigation revealed that a 29 year-old New Haven resident parked her motor vehicle on Valley Road. She noticed a “dark colored sedan” that was occupied by 4 males, parked in the area. As she walked to the front door of the Gilbert Avenue residence, 2 of the males exited the vehicle and approached her. The males, who were wearing masks, demanded her belongings. They subsequently grabbed a bag containing “old clothing.”
