Hamden Police recently arrested Jquan Christie for a March 31, 2020 shooting incident, that occurred in the area of Fairview Avenue and Arch Street.
Several gunshots were fired at an individual as he exited a local store. There were no reported injuries.
Detective Mark Sheppard conducted the investigation, which led to the application of an arrest warrant for Christie. The court approved the arrest warrant application.
Christie, 22, of Hamden was charged with Criminal Attempt to Commit Assault in the 1st Degree, Illegal Discharge of a Firearm and Weapon in a Motor Vehicle. He was detained on a court-ordered $100,000.00. Christie was scheduled to appear at Meriden Superior Court on June 9th.
