On February 18th at approximately 5:45p.m. Hamden Police responded to the area of Morse Street and Newhall Street on the report of “shots fired.”

Investigation revealed that 2 females were engaged in a verbal dispute with a male, in the vicinity of 1245 Dixwell Avenue. The females left the area in their motor vehicle. The male subsequently followed them with his vehicle, described as a sport utility vehicle. According to the female victims, the male “pulled alongside their vehicle” and then fired several shots at them. There were no reported injuries.
