On May 15th at approximately 10:30p.m. Hamden Police responded to Alstrum Street on the report of an armed street robbery.

Investigation revealed that the 24 year-old victim was delivering Chinese food to an Alstrum Street address. Upon approaching the front porch, the victim was confronted by 2 individuals, described as black males, 5’7” to 5’9”, wearing dark clothing and a ski mask. The victim stated that one of the individuals “pressed a hard object” into his stomach, while threatening to shoot him. The second individual reached into the victim’s pockets and stole $200.00 and a cellular telephone. The victim was not injured.
